Versa 4, getting a green screen unable to get it fixed. Today, I am getting an X on the screen Data has not cleared Syn &try again and it won't reset.

Hi there, @Bea69. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 screen has gone green. We'll be glad to help you to solve this issue.
Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
Before trying the above, please be aware that most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Nevertheless, if your Fitbit device was unpaired from your Fitbit account during this period of time, neither the 7 days can be recovered or restored.
