Is anyone having trouble with their Fitbit versa 4? It says there’s an update, but I can’t seem to update, and I thought it was something wrong with the app so I logged out and deleted and reinstalled the app and now I can’t get in.
I tried to talk with a person or online and I just couldn’t get anywhere. I’m hoping it’ll be fixed soon.
Best Answermy phone says the Fitbit app is up to date, but won’t sync. Thought it did once, it matched my watch, but within a minute, it lost all the new info again. I have not switched to Google, been hesitant to do so, as was happy with the app as is. Seems like lots of problems with this lately.
Best AnswerSomeone called me back from Fitbit and they said that the system is having issue. They said wait a few hours and it It should be fixed
Best AnswerI switched to Google Login a while back and I like it. Try it now and see if it works because it seems like whatever was not working on their end seems to be working. I was able to sync my Fitbit and do the update.
