Plugged up my Versa 4 to charge and now it won't work and the screen is completely black. So many issues and I've only had it since May 2023

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest restarting your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Before doing so however, you should make sure that your Versa 4 is completely charged. If it won't charge, please have a closer look here:

There's also a chance that changing the clock face of your device might get this issue solved. To see how to do so please have a look here:

If all that won't work for you, there's no need to worry, as your Versa 4, having been purchased in May 2023 is covered by Fitbit's warranty.
