Hi, I recently upgraded to a Versa 4 (23rd March 2024). Was all working well until yesterday morning (Thursday 11th April) when the screen went blank. It had about 12% charge so I put it on charge. Next thing - no screen, no nothing. Won't turn on or do anything. I have tried the whole reset thing and nothing works. Can someone help as I have cleaned the contacts and tried to change the screen as per instructions. I've tried plugging it in to a wall charger and nothing works. When it goes on charge, it vibrates and then does nothing.

Hi @Reg730 - sometimes they do that - try holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
You may get a weird restart but wait patiently.
This assumes you left it on charge for at least 30 minutes. Check it doesn't get hot while charging and if so stop immediately.
