For the last 24 hours my screen will not turn off. Even when charging it stays on. I don't know how to get it to turn off

It seems that your Versa 4 is on Always-On mode. To exit the always-on display and interact with your watch, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display.
To turn this feature off, please follow the steps below:
Note: Always-on display automatically turns off when your watch's battery is critically low. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
