For the last 24 hours my screen will not turn off. Even when charging it stays on. I don't know how to get it to turn off

Hi there, @DianeS6971. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 4.

It seems that your Versa 4 is on Always-On mode. To exit the always-on display and interact with your watch, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display.

To turn this feature off, please follow the steps below:

  1. Swipe down from the clock face to open your quick settings.
  2. Tap the always-on display icon.

Note: Always-on display automatically turns off when your watch's battery is critically low. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
