Hi,

I moved from versa 2 to versa 4. I have been using versa 4 for a few weeks.

Is it normal the screen doesn't turn on by itself when

1.Alarm goes off

2.someone calls

3.notification

I always have to press the button or turn versa in order to see. Unlike versa2.  Is this normal?  Thanks

Regarding your inquiry, please note this behavior is normal. Unlike the Versa 2, on Versa 4 the screen won't light up automatically for the features you mentioned unless you press the button.
