the battery is charged, i get vibrating from notifications, the lights at the bottom are on, but the screen wont turn on. i've tried holding the button while charging to reset it and it doesnt work. i have had this for just over a month and i can't get the screen to light up again. im very upset fitbit.

If you haven't done so yet, I recommend trying the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
