Hello my issue is as follows:
Had notification issues so deleted my versa 4 from the app and also from my phones bluetooth. While trying to add a device (versa 4), now I cannot get the app to accept the code provided when trying to add a device
I completd the following to try and resolve the above issue:
2. Did a factory reset on my versa4.
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled rhe fitbit app.
Have no clue what I can try to get the app to accept the code provided from the watch so I can complete adding a device.

They found out it's a general issue across the board they will take a few hours to fix that I just got off the phone with them.

Thank you and just after you sent me your 1st reply, fitbit must have fixed the issue and I was able to get it installed.
