Versa 4 settings are all greyed out

I noticed my Versa would not wake with my wrist movement.  I went to settings and all of them are greyed out.  Read another post and it said to turn off all the icons (swipe down to quick setting) but they all say “Locked in Sleep Mode” and when I tap the moon :crescent_moon: it says Locked in Do Not Disturb mode.  I just did the latest update and it didn’t help. I restarted and that didn’t help.

Hi @kbbg19 - as a first step try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

Also make sure your watch can sync see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If this doesn't fix the bug you may need to do a factory reset (not without risk), make sure to sync first and note the names of any Clocks you installed in the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App.

Hi there, @kbbg19. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Luxe is still crashing itself suddenly. I understand your concern, we're here to help! 

Have you tried what @Guy_ recommended?

I did have a similar issue with my Fitbit device a while ago. I know that you mentioned that you already tried turning off sleep and DND mode, but please note that DND and sleep mode can't be turned on at the same time what means that is very likely that sleep mode is turned on (which keeps DND on and the screen wake remains off). Have you tried just tapping sleep mode to turn it off? When I had this issue, I was tapping all the options because I didn't know what was going, until I just tried turning off sleep mode, and that was it, my issue got solved. Would you mind double checking that?

To clarify, both Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are lit up and I can’t turn them off.

@kbbg19 Thanks for the image attached and the details provided. 

Before considering the factory reset, please try the steps below:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Nothing has work.  I have tried all the suggestions, except for Reset, which looks like it will be the only thing I can do at this time. This watch is not very old and it is a shame that I am already having problems😞

When I hold the side button for 10 seconds, the logo starts blinking and then a big Red X shows up and then it starts?

@kbbg19 - are you then able to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons?
