My Fitbit app shows a different set of stats to my versa 4? I have to refresh several times to get them to match’s and often the 250 steps misses out at least one completed session on the Fitbit? Why does this happen and why do I have to refresh so often please?

I also have the FITBIT VERSA 4. Same issues, but the answer is with VERSA 4…
Syncing Isn't Always Instantaneous: While the Versa 4 constantly tracks data, it relies on a Bluetooth connection to your phone and the internet to transfer that data to the Fitbit app and Fitbit's servers. This transfer (the "sync") doesn't always happen immediately or in real-time.
Unfortunately that’s what I have found out with mine. I just keep syncing mine and eventually it catches up.
i hope this helps.

Hello, @HomerH, welcome back to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 4 showing different data tracked in your app. I'll do my best to help you, I understand how you can feel.
I recommend you to restart both your Fitbit app and your Versa 4, make sure you're wearing the Versa 4 correctly and check if any update is necesary in your Fitbit app.
