Versa 4 showing incorrect date

Today 4/2/2023, I’m seeing the Versa 4 showing correct time but the date is 4/5/2023. Can’t figure out how to change it.

Also every morning at 2:30am, Versa 4 would try to wake me up by vibration, and I can’t seem to find that I have such an alarm set up anywhere 🤯

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @jiaweihsu!

As time and date is set on your Versa 4 whenever you sync your device with the Fitbit app, I'd suggest checking if this is set to the correct time zone. To do so, first tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner of your Fitbit app's Today page. Then scroll down to find Advanced Settings. Tap on that. Now check if Set Automatically is turned on and set your device to your time zone accordingly.

You might also try setting Set Automatically to off, then syncing your Versa 4 and turning Set Automatically to on followed by syncing again to get time and date on your Versa 4 right.

To set or change alarms on your Versa 4 just press the side button to get access to the apps installed on your device. Scroll until you find the Alarms app and tap on it to open.

If however you've set an alarm using Alexa, tap on the Alexa app instead. You'll find your reminders by tapping on the small clock icon in the upper right corner of the Alexa app.
