My versa 4 stopped working a couple of days ago...I have left it plugged in and tried to re starting it multiple times and it reads a red x..it will not re start nor will it turn back on ...not sure what else to do or if this completed done ...

Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing with your Versa 4 that stopped working. I appreciate the time you have already spent in the resolution of this issue.
The screen displays an error with an X either when you attempt to set up your device or after a firmware update.
Since your device is already setup, see if a firmware is still pending by following the instructions below:
- Attempt to sync in the Fitbit app. From the Today tab, tap the devices icon > Versa 4 > Sync Now.
- If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, tap the devices icon > Versa 4 > Gallery. The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.
- Restart your Versa 4.

Hi, I have the same problem. And try the solution provided. Unfortunately this doesn't work as the Fitbit is not connect to the apps. While try to connect to the apps again. It asked for the four digit security code which unfortunately the watch just not start, black screen and the Green light at the back is not flashing.
I tried to press the button for 10 seconds to reset it. The Fitbit logo flash for ten times, then a red cross show on the screen. Then nothing happened.
Kindly please help?
