Versa 4 keeps shutting down and unresponsive. It will turn back on when connected to a charger and shows charge level at 90+%. It will then only last for less than 10mins. Versa4 is less than 12months old and currently not usable. Seeking a replacement but getting no support from Fitbit. Any help is appreciated. 😞

I recommend that once you have charged the device, confirm that you have installed the latest firmware version: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your reply, however teh FitBit is charging. It's at 90% when it turns off and shutsdown. The charge isn't the issue.
Confirming that it also has the latest software version.
Please advise next steps.
