Hi,
I have had my Versa 4 for over a week now and have wore it to bed every night and it is still not recording my skin temperature. I know it needs 3 days to establish a baseline but that doesn't seem to have happened yet. I know earlier in the year this was an issue but Fitbit claims to have fixed it already so I am wondering if this is something wrong with my Versa or is this once again a known issue? Is there something I can try to do to see if its just a syncing issue?

Hi @lgbwilliams23 - if you have restarted the watch and logged out of the Fitbit App and restarted the phone and this didn't fix it probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for them to check if it is a watch fault.
If you use Export Your Account Archive "Request data" from the Manage Data option you can check if it is actually being recorded.
