Versa 4 starts syncing only after factory reset

Whats the point of a watch if you have to factory reset the watch once a week for it to start syncing to the phone again. It's honestly tiring resetting and going through setup every week just to use the watch as intended.

Hi @CGaulin - you may be able to restore syncing without a factory reset by using other techniques. The problem may be caused by other factors such as multiple devices, corrupted Bluetooth, phone or app situations.

I've tried doing the usual troubleshooting steps, the only thing that gets it back working is a factory reset.

Hi my mum bought me the versa 4 for Christmas and I'm having the same issue and it's driving me nuts trying to sort it out every week. I never had this issue with my versa 2 and had that 3 years. I'm really disappointed with the versa 4. Wondering if this will be fixed?

I've tried this also and only way to get it to work is factory reset. Seems there's a problem if its happening to others too
