My Versa 4 accurately reflects my hourly steps but the app on my iPhone does not. This started yesterday. Suggestions for correcting (is deleting and reinstalling app the only solution)? Thanks.

Hello @Dex56 , thank you very much for the verification.
In this case, I need to ask you to send a screenshot where I can see the devices linked to your account, It's only to document your case.

I initially thought the phone was what you were talking about, but when I started to remove I received a warning that all my information would be deleted. I don’t want that.
thanks,

Hello @Dex56 Thank you so much for the screenshot. I'm glad to continue assisting you.
The phone you see in the image is the one you need to remove. Don't worry about the information, as it won't be lost when you remove it, and this way the step count will be more accurate.

Thanks. The step count is correct today so it appears to have been an anomaly.
