I have noticed since the last upgrade, two days ago, that my steps counter is different in one area than the other but nearly 200 steps at all times. When opening the app it states one # of steps, but when I tap the steps icon to show my daily/weekly/monthly steps it shows my daily as being a decent amount less than what is displayed. It is becoming incredibly frustrating trying to decipher which is current. Is anyone else encountering this issue and/or know of a solution?

Hi @Vmarie23. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with your Versa 4.
Before considering other options I'd suggest you confirm that you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".
In addition, restart your device. Please perform the following troubleshooting steps:

I am experiencing the same issues with my Fitbit charge 5. It started around begining of January 2025.
Today the Fitbit 5 is showing 27000 steps, the daily amout is the same but in the weekly count the day is 24000 steps.
Very odd

Will unpairing your phone unpair the app on your phone?
