Versa 4 steps wrong

Just got a new versa 4 maybe 2 weeks ago after my versa 3 died. 

 

Frequently, the steps will go down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the watch. It happens at least once a day. I was at the gym earlier and on the treadmill it told me I met my step goal. Then an hour later when I've been walking around at home, I'm 200 under that goal. The step count stays right in the app. 

Any way to fix this ?? It's driving me crazy

Hi @1818cb - it is probably not a watch issue, there is a known issue with the Fitbit servers which occasionally recalculates steps, and doing another manual sync should get it back.

However it can't retroactively resolve missed hourly goals.
