Well Fitbit, I have been with Fitbit for over 10 years. Latest purchase was the Versa 4, well I am done. Fitbit no more. The Latest update has caused the same problem that everyone is experiencing, drained battery, turning itself off. I have tried everything suggested with no results so Goodbe Fitbit.

I can tell you what I tried. Recharging for a full 24hrs. Resetting, Restarted, put back to the factory settings, turning off Bluetooth so it won't sync but nothing worked. It still shuts down after about a day wearing it. When I put it on charge it will restart with about a 70 to 80 percent battery level. It was working prefect before last update. It started soon after the update I noticed it lose battery life faster. Then it started shutting down at almost full battery and now it won't stay on a full day.

I have tried everything that has been suggested. Yesterday battery was full, set the watch for a walk and when I finished after 1 hour and 15 minutes walk went to setting to stop the exercise mode, watch had turned off, I have tried everything that has been suggested, both from feedback and technical feedback.

Hi again!
Thank you very much for all the troubleshooting steps you already tried!
As a next step please confirm if there is a new software update available like indicated here: Check & update your Android version or Update your iPhone or iPad.
Turn off the Always on display setting in case you have it activated.

I’m having the same issue! Tried to contact customer service but can’t find the contact information anymore. My device last about 30 hours and then gives out. After a full charge, battery immediately drops to 70%. I’ve adjusted my settings and ensured the app is updated.
