The notifications on my Versa 4 have stopped working. I've tried as many things as I can (after searching for answers online) but still no luck. This is very frustrating and has caused me to miss a few very important phone calls. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Meganator3 - did you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and check all icons are turned off?
Also is the watch syncing with the Fitbit App?
Because if the watch is in sleep or do not disturb mode or the Fitbit App hast lost connection you suddenly won't get any notifications.
As this can happen it might be wise to not have the phone totally silent.
Restarting the watch may help also, and if necessary the phone.

Nevertheless, I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
