Traveling to another country with a 14-hour time difference and my Fitbit Versa 4 still isn’t syncing. Why not?  How can this be rectified?

@JimMcc59 Have you tried removing it from your bluetooth and adding it back?

Hi there, @JimMcc59. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing the correct time after traveling. We're here to help you!

Have you tried what @Heather-S suggested?

Since you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 4 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
