Versa 4 stopped syncing

Update:  had to unpair from app, turn off watch then redo all over again and finally got it fixed.
Versa 4 not syncing since new IOS update 16.2. I’ve restarted the phone twice, force closed the app multiple times; phone and device are up to date.  Anyone else having trouble?  Thanks

Thanks for the info.  I had already gone through most of these steps before coming to the forum  Was finally able to get it to sync again as noted in my update above.   Sometimes the iOS updates really wreak havoc with our devices.  It's nice to know there are others here to help when the usual google searches don't work.  Thanks again!
