Versa 4 stopped syncing

My Versa 4 started to have issues yesterday (5 January 2023) after I had it for almost 11 days and it will not let me change the clock face. The issue began after a changes the bands of the watch. Any help will be greatly appreciated

@szaltaleb Welcome to the Fitbit community!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest restarting to see whether or not this will solve this problem. To do so, press and keep pressed the side button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on your device's display.

Hi @szaltaleb - Just in case, swipe down the watch face to get to the Quick Settings and check they are set correctly. It's just possible that clock face changing won't work in Sleep mode.

Also after restarting the watch, logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone too, in order to ensure good syncing. Then see How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
