My Versa 4 has repeatedly stopped tracking my workout in the middle of my workout. It’s so irritating! What is happening? How to I stop this from happening?

Hi there, @Chach12. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4. I understand how you must be feeling.

Note that you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. This may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot. With that being said, please try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the Versa 4 board for organization purposes.

The same thing is happening to me and I hate it!!

I am a runner and I’m not moving my wrist because if I do it’s asks if I want to resume. I like to check my pace but I can’t for fear of it stopping my run mid way. So I run without moving my arm/wrist in anyway that could change the settings.
I’ve tried everything and it always does it. Sometimes I like to check the time during my runs, but nope, I can’t move my arm/wrist or messes it up.
help!!!
