My Versa 4 is now stuck on a screen that shows the date in the top, and a picture of a phone and the watch says “sync from Fitbit mobile app” it’s been stuck on this screen for days. Tried multiple times to turn it off, deleted it off my app, forgot it on my phone, let it die and fully charge and have synced it probably close to 100 times and it won’t change. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @Toosan. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on that message. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 4. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
Once the above has been done, you can now proceed to set up your Versa 4 again by following the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?
