Versa 4 and app discrepancy issues

My Versa 4 is showing a different step total than what is showing on the app after I sync it (the app is showing about 500 more steps than the watch is showing).  Also, as of yesterday, I can no longer get the app to sync with my Weight Watchers app.  I have done all of the standard fixes (Bluetooth on and off, deleting and reinstalling the app, etc.).  This really frustrating because it seems like everyday there is a new issue.  I am a long time Fitbit user but I’m starting to look at other fitness watches at this point.

My Versa 4 device showing fewer steps than the app is too. At the moment the device is showing 182 fewer steps than the app.
