Versa 4 stopped working

I woke up this morning to discover my fitbit versa 4 had stopped working. I always put the screen in sleep mode at night. When I woke this morning it only displayed the fitbit logo but wouldn't go any further. I tried to reset it and I got a red x across the screen. I've charged it, I've turned Bluetooth on and off on my phone and even restarted my phone. Finally I unpaired and tried to pair again but it won't connect.  Anyone else having trouble today all of a sudden?

Hi there, @Rhonda24. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe deleted your steps after syncing. I understand how annoying this can be, I will do my best to help you with this!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they already offered some troubleshooting steps, my best advice is to keep the conversation directly with them so they will tell you what is the next step in case that the recommendations provided haven't worked.

Thats not at all what happened. No steps were deleted, nor do I own a
Luxe. I was in a chat but one of the steps they advised me to do kicked me
right out of the chat

This is why I have stepped over to the G side and haven't looked back 🙂
