Versa 4 stops showing my data after charging it

My watch looses the clock face with my time, steps, and heart rate and sleep score at times and always when I've charged it. I have to reboot it to get the clock back, can be annoying when I want to see my heart rate and it's not there

Hi @MJGram - did you try to pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons because in Sleep mode it won't show the clock face unless you push the button or double tap the watch.

If that is not helping try changing to another clock face, you can do this in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, or in later versions of firmware with a long gentle press on the watch face.

Thanks for your response....I tried everything, I swiped every which way
and nothing works but to reboot it. The problem started soon after I got
the watch then it stopped, now it does it randomly and when I charge it.

@MJGram - this can be a clock face issue, did you change to another one?

No, I haven't tried that, I really like this face because it's one of the
only ones to show the time, heart rate and steps but I guess I could look
again at the choices... thanks

Any update?

No. It's a glitch on my watch, there's nothing I can do about it. Seems
every fitbit I get has a problem.... I'll deal with it.... thanks

@MJGram - please try a different clock face and the restart the watch. Such as SimpleSports in unrotated view which shows mainly large heart rate time and steps, it might work for you.

Also it is easy to change Quick Settings by accident when charging, so check it hasn't changed after a charge.
