Versa 4 sleep data do not match app data

Versa4 shows a different amount if sleep hours than what's recorded on my phone Fitbit app.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the different sleep data both in your Fitbit App and Versa 4. Can you send a screenshot, from the same day, of your Versa 4 and Fitbit app, please? So I can take a look into this.

Thank you... but it must have been a one time occurence.. both are syncing
now.

Hi @VWGirl - it could have been a syncing issue.

It is necessary that the Fitbit App is properly syncing (and may be a few times) before this calculated information (which takes some time) shows up correctly the same everywhere.
