Hi @Yorkiekids2 - if you are left handed it's possible you pushed and held the button accidentally which may have caused it to restart.

Thank you for your response. I am right handed and ware versa on left. It stops through my workout, then starts back. My heart rate shows a gap. Don’t like that at all!

In addition to that, it's totally stopped recording all sleep activity.  Come on Google step up and fix these things.

@Yorkiekids2 If you are wearing it on your left wrist and bending your wrist, it is very possible like @Guy_ suggested that you are pausing your workout which is causing the gap. This is the problem with a button and it was an issue on the Versa and Versa 2 devices as well. A lot of people didn't like the haptic feedback "button" on the Versa 3, so Fitbit/Google brought the button back to the Versa 4. You'll just have to watch your wrist movements a bit more, there's not much else that can be done since there is a button that can potentially pause or stop your workouts.

@AJISHERE Have you tried trouble shooting? Usually if sleep isn't being recorded then your HR monitor isn't on or working. You could try a factory reset, check the settings, and delete the sleep tile in the app and then add it back to see if that fixes it.
