Versa 4 stuck in 'Sleep mode'

I put my 3 month old versa 4 into sleep mode today for the 1st time. Now it's stuck there. I go to quick settings and Focus mode is off but lit up. DND is off Sleep mode says off but aren't lit up so I can touch them all day they do nothing! I've tried pulling The screen down and touching the Crescent moon that is lit up and it does nothing. I held the button in for 15 seconds. Waited for the logo, let go and it just flashed on and off  about 6 or 7 times and then a big red × Appeared on the screen and then it went right back to my normal face. But the settings are all still the same. It says Sleep mode and Do Not Disturb off. But they are on because I can't click on anything.

I have the new Versa 4 and my watch is stuck on DND and sleep mode and it keeps saying one won't work, because the other is on... Please help. This is horrible. New watch and I'm so upset.

Hi @Nessa49 - this is a firmware bug, can you post which version is installed.

If it is the original and you never did a firmware update you will need to factory reset the watch (from watch settings) to get the latest firmware but sync first and make a note of what you have installed already as you will be starting from scratch.

Be aware that some people with the latest firmware experience very short battery life or it turning off at 80% battery or even more.
