It vibrates and turns blue an black, a red X appears and then  goes back to the watch screen and repeates this. Been happening for the past two hours. Tried turning it off, but it keeps happening.

I had similar on Sense 2. I held in side button as if to restart but continued holding in much longer; it seemed to do restart, then went to red X, then came again to normal restart flashing and I released.  That seemed to solve it for me.  No guarantee but worth a shot.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
