Versa 4 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hello everyone, 

 

I have a problem with my fitbit. After the fitbit battery was empty en fall out. (to late to recharge)

I recharge my fitbit at home all night, but unfortualy i only see the fitbit logo on the screen.
I already push the button for 10 seconds, until the logo apears. From there the logo/screen switch a couple of times from green&black to black & green. After that  I see a big red cross and two seconds later  I see the normal logo again but he wont restart. I just see the Logo. 

somebody know the issue?

Hi @Marrc0 - try another restart or 2 with the button. If this does not succeed you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for more help.

Hi there, @Marrc0. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please follow the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Update: @MarreFitbit Thank you! 
i try your steps, on some point my phone recognize my fitbit. But the step that there should be 4 numbers on my fitbit, stay out. Only the logo is visible on the screen.

But thank you for your help. I try to make contact with help support!
