Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Lindajs1223!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
Please try to restart your device by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display. I'd also suggest to try if changing the clock face will get your device back to working order. Here's how to do that:

How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Hi there, @Lindajs1223. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we'll do our best to help you to sort this out!

As a first approach, please follow @Talahthas' tips and recommendations. If the issue persists, please follow the steps below:

  • Unpair your Versa 4 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 4 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 4.

If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
