I’ve just gotten my first Fitbit and so disappointed. I spent a lot of time researching which watch brand to get and a lot of the internet noted that Spotify could be controlled by the versa watches. I honestly didn’t think to check this was accurate with the latest model because why on earth would a company sell newer models for more money with significantly downgrades. I have bought through another store so now just stuck with an overpriced item that can’t do a pretty standard feature of working out…listening to music. Absolutely crazy logic and pretty outdated looking clock faces and app, even with the premium description.

Hi there, @Sodoe. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.
I understand how important it is to you to have music control on Versa 4 and why you're feeling disappointed. Even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about this, please note at this time there are no plans to implement this feature on Versa 4 nor on Sense 2.
We rely on feedback like yours to help us develop products and features that we know our community wants to see. Visit our FAQs to learn more about how Fitbit decides which suggestions get developed or implemented.
