I’ve had my versa 4 since October 2023, and this morning it was just stuck on the logo. I tried to unpair and pair it again, but after I unpaired it, my phone couldn’t find it on Bluetooth. I tried everything on other posts with similar problems and nothing has worked. It’s been stuck like this for 15 hours

Hi there, @Tadday1995. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is stuck on the Fitbit logo despite the steps you've tried already. I appreciate the time you took to try solving this issue. We're here to help!

Thanks for confirming that you've also tried the steps recommended by @Talahthas.

To better assist you, please confirm that you've tried the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Tadday1995!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected.
As a first attempt to get things fixed I'd suggest trying to restart your device by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until it will hopefully show the Fitbit logo on it's display, then release the button to see if your Versa 4 will be back to working order.

If this doesn't work for you, I'd suggest to do a factory reset on your device and set it up from scratch.
To factory reset your Versa 4, first keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo flashing on it's display. Then release the button and immediately keep pressing it again until there's a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and wait until your device has restarted.
Finally please follow the instructions provided here to set up your device:

How do I get started with Fitbit Versa 4?

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thanks for replying! Unfortunately, nothing has worked. When I do the factory reset, the blue ring shows up around the logo, then I have the logo with the blue line beneath it, like its loading, but when the blue line fills up, nothing happens
