My versa 4 is showing the logo and that's it. When I hold the button (several attempts doing several configurations) No changes after restart and it's back to the logo. My phone tries to connect it as a new device but the fit bit is stuck on logo. What absolute garbage did I purchase?

Hi there, @Darrin17. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 4. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

With the above being said, please press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

I have done the procedure you have outlined. The symptoms stay the same. It starts up with the fitbit logo. Stays on for a short while. Then restarts, screen goes black for a moment then back to logo.  No way to get it out of the loop.

It is under warranty, I would like my money back please

Same here for last few days. They said it was my battery no way! It was stuck on set up mode for no reason so I did a restart and that's it.

YOU ARE THE BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE NEED TO BE TRAINED BY YOU. THEY NEVER SAID WHEN THE LOGO APPEAR RELEASE AND HOLD AGAIN. THEY JUST SAID RELEASE THEN SAY YOU NEED A NEW WATCH.
