After the latest update I am unable to respond via voice to text on my versa 4. I keep getting the message transcribtion error. I have tried all the steps, restarting phone and watch, uninstalling the app, unpairing and factory reset. Any other ideas......

Same issue here on a Versa 4 after the latest update.
Voice replies return a “transcription error”, but Alexa works fine.
I’ve also tried restarts, reinstalling the app, unpairing and factory reset with no change.
This was working until a couple of days ago.

I have also had the same problem and I have done all the suggested steps. Even did a factory restore. Nothing works

Same here just bought the Versa 4 today and getting it same on my Versa 2 tbh I thought was damaged

Same exact problem. Versa 4, android (pixel). Tried ALL the tricks. Please get the problem fixed. It's on your end and ridiculous for the amount of $ this thing costs to successfully complete a simple task. The amount of times this has happened to Fitbit users over the years is unacceptable. Customers will be moving on for sure. And the "helpful" customer service replies are not helpful.

I'm having the exact same issue.
Purchased the 4 in December, it worked great, way better than the versa 2 I had.
Now transcription error, constantly.
I checked for updates on app and watch, corrected permissions and power cycles my watch, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Same. Just purchased this, have had the same issues. No voice to text. Can do quick reply. And alexa works. Followed all the steps it says online. If this issue can't get fixed I will be returning it back to Amazon because it's too much money to pay when a main feature I use doesn't work.
How will we know when there is a fix?

There was an update on the 26th with bug fixes and performance updates, but voice replies are still giving me a transcription error.
Fingers crossed it gets fixed in the next update.

Yes, same thing is happening to my Versa 2. I did all the tips and tricks with no luck. My Alexa works just fine, but sadly no luck with it transcribing my messages.

Yes I've done everything too! Very frustrated with the function not working. I hope there is a fix soon.

I’ve got an unresponsive versa 4 after the update. Completed everything l could with no joy. Contacted Customer services help chat and they told me to do everything I’d already done. Closed everything down, removed app, re booted, and nothing. My watch has no green lights on the back , no vibrations nothing. Been told nothing can be done. And offered 35% discount off a new one 🙄 worked fine before the update. Not getting another Fitbit. Any suggestions what to get next

Same on my versa 2 I bought versa 4 because thought it was broken versa 4 been the same had 2 updates for fitbit app on Google store and still not fixed it

I just did an update on the app and the feature is still not working. I've done all of the suggestions to fix it and nothing is fixing the issue.
