5/18/2026 I have tried all the recommendations for my Versa 4. This includes restarting watch and phone, turning Bluetooth on and off, uninstalling and reinstalling app, turning off/on Bluetooth, adding new device, etc. I have tried 20+ times to add Versa 4 watch with the 4-digit code to add a new device (Versa 4) with retry after retry. I still show on the watch “Sync from the Fitbit mobile app” with the wrong time. This issue started last night on 5/17/2026.

Kept holding button on side for continual restart / resetting and it finally cleared and set up watch as new device and it worked.
