I purchased my Versa 4 in September 2023 to replace my old Versa 2. At first, I noticed the Versa 4's screen is not sensitive: sometimes I have to tap multiple times to get an input, and sometimes when I was inputting the screen went to sleep. Although it was annoying, it was still usable, until it wasn't.
Last Sunday, suddenly it restarted all by itself. After showing the logo, the red "X", it automatically goes back to the restarting sequence. It kept restarting itself, until the battery ran out. After placed on the charger, it resumed the endless restarting. Tried to hold the button for 20 seconds, but all it did was restarting the device again.
It seems the Versa 4 has a very bad QC issue, in comparison, my old Versa 2 worked much more reliably and satisfactory.
Maybe other models have better QC? From my experience, the Versa 4 is not as reliable as the Versa 2.
