Versa 4 stuck on a red X

The screen shows the fitbit logo then does a big red X and turns off. What can I do? I go to the app but it wont sync and wont allow me to connect to do a factory reset.

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
