My watch just doesnt work and it shows the logo and turns off. It only resumes when i put it on charger and long press the power button and then again the next time i wear it the issue comes up again. I tried restarting both devices. Didnt help. I recorded a video showing it but i am not able to upload it here

Hi there, @BhartiB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this.
Don't worry about the video, I've seen this before and it seems like you tried performing a factory reset but it didn't take place. That would explain why your Versa 4 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. With that being said, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 4, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
In case your Versa 4 is not having a good connection with the charger, note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 4 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thanks for the response. I tried all the things you mentioned in the same order. But it didnt help. I didnt face this issue before, so i dont think its due to some missing requirement. I was suspecting some software issue but the watch is up to date. Let me know if something else can be done. Thanks 😊
