Hi 

 

I have the new versa 4 the screen is stuck on the heart rate graph screen I have been on settings and turned off and on the heart rate tracking and re synced it but nothing has changed 

 

anyone know what to do as I have only had it a few weeks worried because my versa 2 just died all together a few weeks ago
