Versa 4 stuck on the time screen

Hi, since installing an update a few days ago the time on my watch is permanently displaying 10:13.  I've tried all the help tips but nothing is resolving the issue.

Hi there, @Lindyloulje. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on the time screen despite the steps you've done so far. I will be glad to help you to sort this out! 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
