Versa 4 tiles won't sync with app

My Versa 4 updated firmware a week ago. I have also updated the Fitbit app on my Samsung S22, but the order of the tiles set on my app won't sync with my watch. I have restarted the watch 3 times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and nothing works. I have tiles on my watch I don't want and can't get them back in the order they were in before the firmware update. The new app does not take me to a Gallery option. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hold down the watch face on your watch until it shrinks. Swipe until you see open gallery. This should open the app on your phone and now it should work.
