Versa 4 touch screen not responding even after a restart

My versa 4 fell off my wrist, due to me hitting it off on accident, and it's touch screen will no work the bottom will. I have reset it multiple times on and off the charger, it has no physical damage. Notifications still go though to it, the screen will light up when I turn my wrist I just cannot tap or scroll or anything on the watches touch screen it's self.
