Versa 4 touch screen not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Versa 2 that I've had for some time.  Fairly early on, I got some minor scratches on the screen.  They haven't been a problem, but recently the right hand side of the screen has stopped responding to touch.  I tried applying liquid glass to it, but it had no apparent effect, good or bad.

I am planning to get a new watch soon (Versa 4 maybe?) and I'm wondering if applying the liquid glass protection right away is recommended or discouraged

Thanks

Hi @TerryThor  sometimes doing something like that can invalidate the warranty - click to learn more. Fitbit, if you check their store, now sells a protective cover for these devices. That might be a better choice for you.
