Versa 4 won't sync

The new versa 4 is garbage Fitbit have a problem with this model it won’t sync connect  to Bluetooth etc it doesn’t matter now many times u turn off on reconnect or do a factory reset

I’ve had to contact again
I don’t see why I have to continually turn it off to sync the phone with the app

My versa 4 still will not sync without turning the versa 4 off and on  I shouldn’t have to keep doing this for it too sync

I have the latest iPhone version I have factory reset I have deleted Bluetooth I have tried with and without wifi

I still get the big Red Cross when turning off and on

i don’t know what else to do apart from throwing it away
