Hi my screen is not working it’s still monitoring my heart rate and steps but I can’t move the screen off the clock?

As a first approach, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by @Talahthas. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. Please try if restarting your device will fix this isue. To do so, first make sure having synced to not lose any data your Versa 4 has tracked so far. Then keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
