The Versa 4 is unreliable. I gave it a week, but it completely inconsistent. One example - I walk the same exact route twice a day. Per my other device, my phone, and a fitbark on my dog, it is 2.02 miles. Versa it is 1.56, 2.21, etc. Another example - I am on an elliptical for over 8 minutes, and the machine says my heart rate is 144 and my other device (worn on the other arm) says 143. Versa 4 says my heartrate is 104 - not even in fat burn zone.
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
Do not be tempted to get an extended warranty or premium until you are sure the device works. See other post - Versa 4 is unreliable, so I am returning it. FitBit is refusing to return my money for the Premium+Warranty that I purchased. Seems like a good way to make money on devices that will be returned.

Hi @Dana12345 an extended warranty can be purchased thirty days after the actual device. Returns, if from Fitbit are 45 days, which is longer than those offered by most retailers. Best Buy is fourteen days. You have a bit more time to get used to the Versa 4, if you decide to give it a chance.
